Individual Giving

At a time of large public challenges, the World Affairs Council provides a critical service. In more than 150 public programs per year, the Council connects our community with leaders and informed community members who are taking action to address critical problems. Our Global Philanthropy Forum enables philanthropists to find innovative solutions to seemingly intractable problems. Our work with students and teachers is helping to build the critical skills necessary for emerging 21st century citizens. And our North American Forum brings together thought leaders from Canada, Mexico and the Unites States to consider shared concerns that would benefit from a collaborative response.

Membership dues and program fees alone do not cover the cost of our programming. Your contribution provides critical support that helps bridge the gap. It supports our public programs, our annual conference and our education program. Your gift enables us to reach more than 25,000 actively engaged citizens through our programs and conferences. We touch many more through our national radio program, It's Your World; our podcasts; our extensive online video archive; and our live webcasts.
